AN ACT to provide an administrative code for Nassau County in harmony with and supplemental to the County

Government Law of Nassau County.

Became a law April 12, 1939, with the approval of the Governor Passed, on county message, three-fifths being

present.

The People or the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assembly, do enact as follows:
